Cancellation And Refund Policy

You can raise Cancellation, Exchange or Return request for items or orders by visiting the My Orders section.

After submitting the cancellation request, we'll send you a confirmation mail and the 100 % of the product amount will be credited back to your account in the form of Store credits which you can use to make purchase at a later date. Please note that once we received return or exchange request we shall arrange a pick-up within 2-3 days of your request.

There are certain areas where we cannot provide a pick-up service. However, you can self-ship your product through any courier service, preferably Speed Post.

Return/Exchange should be initiated within 07 days of order delivery.
The tags on the product should be intact.
The product should be unwashed, unused and in an undamaged condition.
The item needs to be returned along with the original packaging.
In case of any issue or defect in any or all of the pieces of the Multipack/Combo products, you are required to return all the products.
For all returns or exchange you will have to courier us the products yourself. We will not pay any amount for reverse pickup.
You are requested to pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit. For all self-shipped product(s), we recommend you to do it through a reliable local courier service.
